PATH GROUPS
PROCESSING AUTHENTICITY THROUGH HEART
PATH is a 12-week group for men who are tired of playing it safe and ready to live with depth, purpose, and connection.
This group is for men whose lives look solid on the outside—but who know something underneath hasn’t been fully lived, named, or integrated.
PATH isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about slowing down enough to face what’s been driving you—and letting that story shape how you live now.
FOR MEN WHO ARE DONE HIDING
STOP PERFORMING. BE KNOWN.
PATH is for men who:
Are competent, capable, and respected—but feel disconnected or restless
Rely on performance, productivity, or control to stay steady
Check out, shut down, or stay busy when things get uncomfortable
Want real connection but don’t trust surface-level conversations
Are willing to look honestly at their story, not just talk about growth
This group is not for men looking for quick tools, surface motivation, or advice-driven coaching.
Who This Group Is For?
What We Actually Do in PATH?
PATH is built around story processing in a group setting.
That means:
examining formative experiences
noticing patterns that once protected you but now limit you
telling the truth about how you learned to perform, hide, or stay safe
being witnessed by other men without fixing, rescuing, or advice
Connection isn’t forced here.
It’s built by staying present when it would be easier to check out.
How the 12 Weeks Are Structured
-
These weeks prepare the ground for story work.
You’ll focus on:
group norms and confidentiality
understanding how men learn to avoid or perform
emotional awareness tied directly to lived experience
short, guided reflections that begin shaping your core story
This is not lecture-heavy.
Every concept is tied back to real life and real moments. -
These weeks are centered on men sharing their core stories in the group.
Each story is:
prepared intentionally
shared in a structured way
received with reflection, not advice
integrated over time, not rushed
This is where patterns become visible—and where real connection is built.
What This Group Is—and Isn’t
-
PATH is:
clinician-led
structured
intentional
depth-focused
relational
-
PATH is not:
a drop-in support group
a lecture series
performance coaching
accountability-only men’s work
What Men Tend to Walk Away With…
Men don’t leave PATH “fixed.”
They leave clearer.
Common outcomes include:
living with integrity instead of image
staying present instead of checking out
building connection that goes deeper than small talk
understanding their reactions instead of being run by them
feeling more grounded in who they are and how they show up
12-week commitment
Small group (8 men max)
Weekly 60-minute sessions
Virtual
$40 per session
Because of the depth of the work, an application is required.
