BRAVE GROUPS

A Clinician-Led Men’s Group for Sexual Behaviors That Feel Out of Control

A man sitting near a window with sunlight shining through, creating a silhouette effect, with a landscape of trees outside.

BRAVE is a structured, confidential men’s group for men struggling with sexual behaviors they can’t seem to stop.

Secrecy. Loss of control. Cycles of regret and resolve.

BRAVE is for men who are tired of hiding and ready to stay engaged—even when things get hard.

This is not a drop-in support group. It’s an intentional group built on honesty, structure, and real accountability.

The group is virtual and open to men across Tennessee.

Who This Group Is For

BRAVE is a fit for men who:

  • Feel stuck in sexual behaviors they don’t fully understand

  • Are managing secrecy, compartmentalization, or a double life

  • Have tried willpower, rules, or isolation without lasting change

  • Want accountability without shame

  • Are willing to stay honest and engaged, even when struggling

You don’t need to be “doing well.”

You do need to be willing to tell the truth and keep showing up.
