PATH Groups Launches in Tennessee

A 12-Week Virtual Experience for Men Ready to Stop Performing and Live with Integrity

Franklin, TN — A new virtual men’s group based in Franklin, Tennessee, PATH, is launching this season to serve men across the state who feel successful on the outside but disconnected on the inside. Designed for men seeking deeper purpose, stronger relationships, and authentic connection, PATH is a clinician-led, online men’s group open to men anywhere in Tennessee. PATH stands for processing authenticity through heart and this is exactly what must take place for growth in greater emotional health.

Led by Marriage and Family Therapist Associate Tyler Flowers, PATH is a 12-week men’s group created for men who are tired of surface-level living, performance-based self-worth, and carrying everything alone. Because the group meets virtually, men from Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, and throughout Tennessee can participate.

“Many men have never had a place to explore their inner world in a way that feels grounded, structured, and honest,” Flowers said. “PATH is for men who are ready to stop performing, stay present instead of checking out, and live with integrity rather than image.”

The PATH Men’s Group blends psychoeducation, guided reflection, and story-based group therapy principles into a confidential and intentional online process. During the first four weeks, participants focus on group norms, emotional awareness, and preparation for deeper story work. The remaining eight weeks center on men sharing their core stories in a facilitated virtual group setting where experiences are witnessed, reflected on, and integrated—rather than analyzed or fixed.

Unlike a drop-in men’s support group or motivational coaching program, PATH is intentionally small and depth-focused. The group is limited to eight men and requires a full 12-week commitment. The virtual format allows men across Tennessee to build trust, develop emotional steadiness, and experience meaningful connection without needing to travel.

Men who participate in PATH often report greater clarity about what drives their reactions, improved ability to stay present under pressure, and stronger, more honest relationships. The group is especially well-suited for men seeking online men’s therapy in Tennessee, a virtual men’s group, or a relational alternative to individual counseling.

PATH meets weekly for 60-minute virtual sessions and is open to any man living in Tennessee. An application process is required to ensure the group is the right fit for each participant.
